  • Our panels are manufactured using natural cork sourced from Portugal.

  • Our cork products are proudly manufactured in Portugal using sustainably harvested cork and delivered to us in Melbourne, Australia.

  • Yes. Our products are suitable for offices, education, hospitality, retail, healthcare and other commercial environments.

  • Absolutely. Cork is ideal for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, home offices, media rooms and other residential spaces.

  • Yes. Cork naturally helps absorb sound and reduce reverberation, creating quieter and more comfortable spaces.

  • Many of our products provide both acoustic performance and decorative appeal. Individual product performance can be found on each products Technical Data Sheet.

  • Yes. Cork is a renewable, recyclable and naturally sustainable material harvested without cutting down the tree.

  • Our products all have the Greenguard Gold Certification and have been manufactured with indoor air quality in mind. Please refer to the relevant Technical Data Sheet for other certifications and VOC information.

  • Fire performance varies by product. Please refer to the individual Technical Data Sheet for fire classification.

  • Yes. Technical Data Sheets can be downloaded from each product page as well as from the above menu option under Products - TECHNICAL DATA SHEETS

  • Yes. Sample orders are available to help you choose the right colour and finish before placing a larger order. Please order your samples via the link: Sample Orders

  • As cork is a natural material, slight variations in colour, texture and grain are part of its unique character. Please feel free to book a showroom visit here in Melbourne if you would like to see and feel our products in person.

INSTALLATION

  • Yes. We offer professional installation services throughout Melbourne for all of our Cork Acoustic Panels as well as PET Acoustic Panels.
    Services

  • We recommend using the adhesives and primers specified within our Accessories page for most panels. Please refer to each panels Technical Data Sheet for further details

  • Yes. Most products can be cut using standard woodworking tools.

  • Generally yes, provided the surface is clean, dry, stable and properly prepared.

  • This depends on the installation method and adhesive used. Contact us if you have a specific project in mind.

  • We recommend experienced professionals for the installation which we do provide however if you were wanting to give it a go we can assist you with any questions you may have.

  • Yes. We regularly work with architects and interior designers to help specify suitable products.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We deliver across Melbourne & Australia-wide.

  • We hold all stock in our Melbourne Warehouse to minimize lead times however If an item is low in stock, we will advise it on our Products Page and note the lead time there.

  • Yes. Orders can be arranged for pickup at our Melbourne Warehouse located at 1141 Toorak Rd, Camberwell, Melbourne VIC 3124

  • Delivery costs are calculated based on the size of the order and delivery location.

  • Yes. We'll provide shipment details once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • Yes.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

  • Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and notify the team within 3 days with photos so we can assist promptly.

  • Yes. There is a lifetime manufacturing warranty on our Cork Wall Panels. Please contact the team if this is required.

  • Custom or made-to-order products are generally non-returnable unless deemed faulty

MAINTENANCE

  • Most panels can be cleaned using a soft damp cloth or vacuum with a brush attachment. Avoid harsh chemicals unless recommended. Please refer to Technical Data Sheet for more information.

  • Some products are suitable for higher moisture environments, while others are intended for dry interior applications. Refer to the Technical Data Sheet.

  • In many cases, yes.

SUSTAINABILITY

  • Cork is harvested from the bark of the cork oak tree without harming the tree, allowing it to regenerate naturally every 9–12 years.

  • Yes. Cork is recyclable and can often be repurposed at the end of its life.

  • No. The tree continues to grow and absorb carbon dioxide throughout its life.

  • Portugal has centuries of cork harvesting expertise and produces over half of the world's cork using strict quality standards.
